There are three (3) separate On Tour with SPG: North America packages available. Each On Tour with SPG: North America package consists of (2) premium tickets to the Jason Mraz show on September 22, 2012, at The Gorge in George, WA. All other charges, including but not limited to lodging, transportation, parking, food and beverage, souvenirs and incidentals, are the member's responsibility and are not covered by the On Tour with SPG: North America package. The On Tour with SPG: North America package must be accepted as awarded and no substitution or refund may be made, except by Starwood Preferred Guest (R) if for any reason any portion of this package becomes unavailable. Member may win up to two (2) packages for each unique event and up to five (5) total packages per year. If member has already won five (5) packages during the current year, he or she is ineligible to bid and/or buy again until January 1 of the following year, and his or her package will be awarded to the next highest bidder or placed back on the site in the event the auction was at a fixed cost. No money, Starpoints(R) credit or other compensation will be given for any cancellations, alterations or any unused portion of this award, whether caused by the member, Starwood Preferred Guest, the event venue or any other reason, including, without limitation, weather issues, transportation difficulties, event cancellation, change of venue/date/time, etc. Tickets/access to any event included in the On Tour with SPG: North America package may not be resold.
