1. What are the differences between the VIP Team experience, VIP Hospitality and the Grandstand packages?

The VIP Team experience provides gourmet food and beverages with a tour of the garage, where you’ll have access to the team’s motorhome and the likelihood of meeting one of the drivers.

VIP Hospitality gives you access to top end hospitality, pit lane walk, and possibly some of the team members depending on availability. Complimentary food and beverages are included.

The Grandstand package provides premium seating in the grandstand area with transportation to and from the track included at most of the circuits. Exceptions include but aren’t limited to Monaco, Singapore and Canada.

2. Will any local Starwood hotels be offering special rates?

Grand Prix weekend is a high occupancy period for all nearby hotels, therefore no special rates are offered. Some hotels may offer Grand Prix packages that are unrelated to the Moments packages.

3. How will I receive my tickets?

Tickets will be received at a designated delivery point, which is usually a Starwood hotel near the Grand Prix location. Tickets will not be sent by post or courier.

4. Where will I collect my tickets and passes?

Designated ticket delivery points will vary depending on the Grand Prix location.

5. Where are the seats located?

Grandstand packages provide tickets in the main grandstand area. These are usually near the start and finish line overlooking the pit lane and team garages but vary depending on location.

6. How do I get to the venue?

Itineraries, distributed 7 to 10 days in advance of the Grand Prix, will include a transportation section with information on how to get to the track using different transport methods, including private car, taxi, train and metro. Grandstand packages, typically include transportation by private coach with a dedicated host. Be sure to check package details since transportation is not provided in all locations.

7. Is there an age limit?

Access to the paddock area is limited to kids 7 years and older.

8. When will I receive my welcome package and itinerary?

Expect your welcome package to arrive 7 to 10 days before the event takes place.

9. Can I bring my child with me? If so, will they need a ticket?

The minimum age requirement is 7 years. A ticket is needed for all attendees.

10. Can I buy an additional ticket for my child or another guest?

SPG Moments Grandstand tickets are purchased well in advance of the event, therefore it’s unlikely for additional tickets to be available near your seats.

11. I won a three days pass. Can I bring a different guest each day?

Yes.

12. Will my pass provide special access to places such as the garage, pit lane or after parties?

It varies per package type and race, so it’s important to pay special attention to the components of each package.

13. Can I change my ticket to another day?

Unfortunately this is not possible. Tickets allocated to different SPG Moments experiences are for specific dates.

14. Is transportation to the circuit included or can it be arranged at an additional fee?

15. Is parking included with the package?

As a general rule parking is not included. However, there may be specific circuits and packages where parking is included. Please read package components carefully before bidding or redeeming your Starpoints.

16. What is the recommended attire for the day?

Dress smart, casual and wear comfortable shoes. Be ready for a variety of weather conditions.

17. Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

If you need wheelchair access, please communicate with the SPG Moments team to make special arrangements before bidding on a package.

18. Is the grandstand covered in case of rain?

It depends on the track, so dress accordingly.

19. If I’d prefer to make my own way to the venue and not use the provided transportation, how will I receive my tickets?

At the designated ticket delivery point and time stated in your itinerary.

20. Is there a place to leave my luggage at the venue?

Most circuits do not offer this service.

Possibly. Though it depends on the type of package you choose.

Access to the drivers depends on the type of package you receive. Getting items signed cannot be guaranteed.
