1. How many 2016 US Open packages can I redeem for?

You may redeem for two a total of two (2) packages — Fixed or auction. If you have already redeemed for two auction packages, you will not be allowed to win a third, even if you are the highest bidder. There are no exceptions.

2. Can I be the highest bidder of a package and not win?

You will automatically win whichever auction packages close first. The other packages will be given to the next highest bidder. If you have already redeemed for two (2) fixed or auction packages, you will not be allowed to win a third, even if you are the highest bidder.

3. When can I expect to receive my tickets?

Your tickets will be delivered to you (via FedEx) in mid-August to the mailing address on your SPG Profile. Please verify that your correct address is listed prior to purchase. No addresses changes will be accepted after redemption. Please reach out to the Customer Contact Center (SPGMomentsExperiences@starwoodhotels.com) immediately if you have any questions. Someone 18 years of age or older must be available to sign for your package or it will not be delivered. Please remember to bring your tickets with you to the event. Tickets cannot be reprinted.

4. Can my match tickets be picked up at will call?

No, tickets will be mailed to you prior to the event. No exceptions can be made.

5. What if I lose my tickets?

If you lose your tickets, they cannot be reprinted — you will need to contact the Customer Contact Center (SPGMomentsExperiences@starwoodhotels.com) immediately.

6. Can I gift or sell my package?

The winning bidder may not resell items purchased through SPG Moments, and may not assign, transfer, remarket, resell or otherwise dispose of an experience without obtaining Starwood's prior written consent. Please feel free to contact SPGMomentsExperiences@starwoodhotels.com if you have any further questions.

7. Am I allowed to bring cameras/video cameras, etc.?

Personal cameras and smart phones are allowed. You may not bring any form of video camera or other sound or video-recording equipment.

8. What is the minimum age for a child to require a ticket?

The minimum age for the SPG Luxury Suite is 6 years old. All attendees must have a valid SPG Luxury Suite ticket. No exceptions can be made.

9. Do you have any additional suite passes for purchase?

Unfortunately, we do not. All inventory is posted on the SPG Moments website.

10. Can additional friends/family members at the event join me in the luxury suite?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any additional guests. Only guests with SPG Luxury Suite tickets will be permitted in the suite. You may not pass back your tickets.

11. Where is the SPG Luxury Suite located?

A seating chart can be found here. All suites are highlighted in yellow. Please note that the SPG Luxury Suite has moved from suite #110 to a larger suite #137-138.

12. Are there seats in the SPG Luxury Suite?

The SPG Luxury Suite has both indoor and outdoor seating.

13. Can I have a parking pass? What is the best place to park?

Unfortunately, parking passes are not available. The best place to park is at the main CitiField parking lot; however, if the Mets are playing at home, we recommend taking the 7 subway. Express 7 trains run during high-traffic times throughout the day. Visit usopen.org for additional parking and transportation information.

14. What type of food and drink will be provided in SPG Luxury Suite #137-138?

A variety of appetizers, salads, pastas, gourmet sandwiches and more, plus a variety of desserts, will be available. Drinks will include water, soft drinks, beer and wine. No hard alcohol will be available in the suite, but is available for purchase outside of the suite at concession stands.

15. I have a food allergy and/or dietary restrictions.

If you did not already indicate your particular food allergy or dietary restriction when you redeemed for your package, please email SPGMomentsExperiences@starwoodhotels.com immediately to let them know. All requests must be submitted at least one week prior to the day of your event — there are no exceptions.

16. How do I get to the US Open?

17. What happens if my session gets rained out?

SPG follows the USTA’s designation of whether a session has been completed or cancelled due to inclement weather. If a session is officially cancelled, you will be eligible for a refund of your Starpoints and your tickets will NOT be valid for any other session. If a session is determined to be complete, you will NOT be eligible for a refund of your Starpoints and your tickets will NOT be valid for any other session. Any refund or ticket exchanges will come through the Customer Contact Center (SPGMomentsExperiences@starwoodhotels.com).

18. When does my session start? When does it end? To what do I get access?

Day sessions start at 11:00 a.m. (gates open at 10:00 a.m.) and last until about 4:00 p.m. Members are asked to depart the suite once the day session matches have ended, so that we can prepare for the evening session. If the day session runs long, members may be asked to leave early to allow Starwood representatives to set up for the evening session.

Evening sessions start at 7:00 p.m. (gates open at 6:00 p.m.) and last until matches have completed (typically around 10:00 or 11:00 p.m.). Evening matches only occur in Arthur Ashe Stadium. Guests with tickets to an evening session only will be allowed into the tennis center when gates open at 6:00 p.m.

Session #21 (Thursday, September 8): will begin at 7:00 p.m., gates open at 6:00 p.m.
Session #22 (Friday, September 9): will begin at 12:00 p.m., gates open at 11:00 a.m.
Session #23 (Saturday, September 10): will begin at 12:00 p.m., gates open at 11:00 a.m.
Session #24 (Sunday, September 11): will begin at 12:00 p.m., gates open at 11:00 a.m.

19. How many matches will I get to see in my session? Who will be playing?

The schedule for each day's matches is posted on www.usopen.org the night before they occur. Traditionally, during the day session, three matches are played in Arthur Ashe Stadium. Typically, during the evening session, two matches are played in the Arthur Ashe Stadium. This is subject to both weather and schedule changes. Ultimately, the number of matches is determined by the Referee's Office and is subject to change at any time.

20. What can I bring with me to the Open? What are security measures?

21. If I want to see a particular player, what ticket package should I buy?

The US Open is an elimination tennis tournament. Due to this fact, the draw for each day will not be announced until the night before each match. It is not possible to purchase tickets in advance for a specific player. Tickets are sold on a session-by-session basis.

22. Where does my ticket get me access?

Arthur Ashe Stadium suite tickets are valid for access to all courts, including the Louis Armstrong Stadium and the Grandstand.

11. I have courtside or promenade tickets. Will food be provided?

Unfortunately, food will be not provided with courtside or promenade tickets. However, a number of concession stands and restaurants are located around the stadium and US Open grounds. 12. Can I have a parking pass? What is the best place to park?

No parking passes are available. The best place to park is at the main CitiField parking lot (except when the Mets are playing at home – taking the #7 subway is recommended during games).
