5. Do I need a ticket for my child?

Children under the age of 6 are not permitted in the SPG® Luxury Suite. Any child over the age of 6 will be required to have a ticket for the event. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

6. Is there a dress code for the SPG Luxury Suite?

Attire for the SPG Luxury Suite is business causal. Jeans are permitted, but not have rips or tears. Jerseys are okay. If you a planning on visiting Hyde Lounge, it strictly enforces the following dress code: No causal sandals, shorts or sleeveless tops. Jerseys are okay so long as t-shirts or long sleeve shirts are worn underneath.

7. How will I receive my tickets?

Your ticket will be emailed to you the day of the event. Please add 'spgmomentsexperiences@starwoodhotels.com' to your address book, to ensure your tickets and event day instructions are not sent to your spam folder. Tickets must be printed prior to your arrival at STAPLES Center. Tickets cannot be mailed or left at will call.

8. Can I gift or re-sell my Moments experience to a friend or relative?

Guests may not resell items purchased through the Moments program, and may not assign, transfer, remarket, resell or otherwise dispose of an experience without obtaining Starwood’s prior written consent.

9. How do I get to the SPG Luxury Suite?

The SPG Luxury Suite is located on Suite Level C. We recommend entering STAPLES Center from either the Star Plaza VIP Entrance or the South West VIP Entrance. Both entrances will take you to Suite Level A. From there take the elevator or stairs to Suite Level C. When you get to the suite, you will be required to scan your ticket to open the door.

10. Will I have an assigned seat in the suite?

Seating in the SPG Luxury Suite is not assigned and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Other guest are welcome to your seat if you chose vacate it.

11. Does the SPG Luxury Suite have Wi-Fi?

Yes, there is complimentary Wi-Fi in the SPG Luxury Suite. Directions to connect to Wi-Fi can be found here: http://www.staplescenter.com/guest-services/wi-fi.

12. When do doors and the SPG Luxury Suite open?

VIP doors and the SPG Luxury Suite open two hours before each Lakers, Clippers or Kings game. Door times for concerts or special events are typically one hour before but may vary per event.

13. How long will the SPG Luxury Suite be open after the event?

The suite will promptly close 15 minutes after the conclusion of the event.

14. Does my ticket include access to Hyde Lounge?

Yes, guests in the SPG Luxury Suite are given complimentary entry to Hyde Lounge on Suite Level C. You will need to show your ticket to the host at the door. Hyde Lounge is strictly 21+ and enforces the following dress code: No casual sandals, shorts or sleeveless tops. Jerseys are OK as long as a T-shirt or long-sleeve shirt is worn underneath. No food or beverage from the SPG Luxury Suite will be allowed in Hyde Lounge. However, you are welcome to take your beverage with you when leaving Hyde Lounge. Please be sure to ask a host for an appropriate to-go glass. Please be aware that Hyde Lounge may be closed during private events and other blackout dates and reserves the right to deny entry.

15. Will food and beverage be provided in the suite?

Yes. Beverages and snack foods will be served in the suite. We will also have a selection of beer, red and white wine, soda, and water. Please note that the SPG Luxury Suite will not serve any spirits, but they can be purchased at Hyde Lounge or a concession stand outside of the suite. Members will be asked to provide a government-issued ID in order to consume alcoholic beverages. If one cannot be produced, beverages will be confiscated and the member may be asked to leave the suite. SPG reserves to the right to deny service to guests.

16. I have special dietary restrictions. Can I bring my own food or beverages inside STAPLES Center?

No. Outside food or beverages are not permitted inside the arena. The SPG luxury suite will be stocked with food, soda, water, beer and wine. If you have any dietary restrictions, you must notify the SPG Customer Care Center at least 72 hours before the event.

17. Are there restrooms in the SPG Luxury Suite?

There are no private bathrooms in the SPG Luxury Suite. However, restrooms are located right outside of the suite.

18. Am I allowed to leave STAPLES Center and come back in?

No. STAPLES Center has a no reentry policy for all events.

19. Are cameras or video cameras allowed inside STAPLES Center?

Non-professional, non-flash, still photography is permitted at most events (using a disposable, digital, or 35mm cameras with no interchangeable or telephoto lens). Video and audio recording is prohibited. Please note that some shows will have a different camera policy.

20. Are laptops, tablets, etc., allowed inside STAPLES Center?

No. Laptops, any type of personal computer, and tablets will not be permitted inside STAPLES Center.

21. Does STAPLES Center offer wheelchair escorts?

Yes. Guest Services provides complimentary wheelchair escorts to guests when requested. Escorts are available at any entrance. Guests may also make escort arrangements by contacting Guest Services at (213) 742-7FAN (7326) when arriving at the venue. If you have other questions about accessibility, please visit the Disabled Services page or contact Guest Services.

22. Are there places nearby to eat or to get a drink before or after a STAPLES Center event?

Remember, the SPG Luxury Suite will have complimentary food and beverages, but if you'd like something before or after the event, you can check out the nearby L.A. Live district. See LALive.com for a list of restaurants and entertainment options. You are also welcome to visit the San Manuel Club on Suite Level A. Reservations are required; please contact (213) 742-7450 to make a reservation.

23. Where can I smoke inside STAPLES Center?

Smoking is not permitted in the arena at any time. However, a smoking section is available on the City View Terrace located on the Upper Concourse across from aisles U25 to U28. You can access this via the stairwell outside of Suite E-16.

24. Is there a Lost and Found at the SPG Luxury Suite or STAPLES Center?

Yes. All lost and found items are taken to Guest Services at Staples center. To inquire about a lost item, please contact the SPG Customer Care Center.

25. Where can I buy team gear?

TEAM LA offers the largest selection of officially licensed merchandise featuring all your favorite players and teams of the NBA, NHL, NFL, MLB and MLS. TEAM LA has a premier selection of merchandise for your favorite Los Angeles teams, including the Lakers, Kings, Clippers, Dodgers, Galaxy and Sparks. TEAM LA is located adjacent to Star Plaza and the South West VIP Entrance. SPG Luxury Suite ticket holders will receive a 20% discount on merchandise when they show a valid ticket at checkout.

When a sporting event is scheduled, TEAM LA will close 2.5 hours prior to the event start time. When a concert is scheduled, TEAM LA will close at 3:00 PM.

2. How do I get to The O2?

We highly encourage all guests to take public transportation.

Travel by Tube: North Greenwich station is on the Jubilee Line in Zones 2 and 3. And it's right on our doorstep. Get here from Central London in 20 minutes, or from Stratford in 10 minutes.

Travel by bus: Get on the 108, 129, 132, 161, 188, 422, 472 or 486. They all stop at North Greenwich station.

MBNA Thames Clippers: Catch the MBNA Thames Clippers river bus express. Boats go direct from the London Eye Pier to The O2. They leave every 30 minutes beginning three hours before an event. It takes 35 minutes, so there's time to grab a drink and a snack on board.

3. What if I want to drive to The O2? What are my options?

The O2 is located inside the M25 and outside the Congestion Zone. It's signposted from the M25, the A2 and A20 (from the southeast), and the M11 (from the north). Use the postcode SE10 0DX for route planners. And if you need a junction, you can use Millennium Way or Edmund Halley Way.

5. Where do I pick up my tickets? Can they be mailed to me?

Digital tickets will be emailed to you 24 hours prior to the day of your event. Please ensure your email address is accurate on your SPG® profile and check your spam folder. You can print out your tickets or use the mobile PDF version. If you are using the mobile version and the barcode will not scan at the entrance, you can go to AEG Reception, where the receptionist will print your tickets for you. Please show your ID card when entering the SPG Luxury Suite.

6. Which gate should I enter at The O2?

Guests should enter through the main entrance, then head for entrance B.

7. When can I enter The O2 Arena?

The door opening times will vary; all timing information will be provided on your tickets.

8. How do I find the SPG Luxury Suite?

The SPG Luxury Suite is located on level 3 and is number 327. Go up the escalator and you will be directed to the suite.

9. Will I have an assigned seat in the suite?

Yes, all seats numbers are assigned on your tickets.

10. Does the SPG Luxury Suite have Wi-Fi?

A Wi-Fi code is available upon request, and it changes weekly.

11. Will food and beverages be provided?

Yes. Beverages and snack foods will be served. We will also have a selection of beer, red and white wine, soda, and water. Please note that the SPG Luxury Suite will not serve any spirits, but they can be brought in from a concessions stand outside of the suite. All guests who are in the SPG Luxury Suite will need to provide a government-issued ID in order to consume alcoholic beverages; if one cannot be produced, beverages will be confiscated and the guest may be asked to leave the suite. We also can provide kosher and vegetarian meals (as long as they are requested at least seven days prior to arrival). Kosher meals are not available for Friday or Saturday events. Guests with allergies can request an allergen report, which will list all ingredients in the food provided in the suites.

12. The SPG Luxury Suite tickets come with access to the American Express Invites Lounge. What is included in this area?

There are two bars in this lounge, including a cocktail bar. The restaurant and pantry are not available to book in advance, but you may be able to get a walk-up table if you ask the AEG hostess at the door as you arrive. Please note that you will need to pay for all food and beverages in the lounge. Some events don't include access to the lounge. We will be sure to advise you if this affects the event you are attending.

13. How long will the suite be open after the event?

The suite will remain open for approximately 30 minutes after the end of the event; however, this will depend on the event.

14. Where are the restrooms located?

There are no restrooms in the suite. You will need to exit the suite and turn left. The bathrooms are marked.

15. What is the dress code?

Attire for the SPG Luxury Suite is casual.

Yes, but they may be checked upon entry.

17. Am I allowed to bring cameras, video cameras, etc.?

Yes, you may bring a camera, but not for professional purposes. Video cameras are not allowed and will be stored at security until you retrieve them at the end of the event.

18. Can I gift my SPG Moments experience to a friend or relative?

The winning bidder may not resell items purchased through the Moments program, and may not assign, transfer, remarket, resell or otherwise dispose of an experience without obtaining Starwood's prior written consent.

19. What is the ticket policy if an event is rescheduled? Will my original ticket work?
